CAS cards are really hard for me as I want to keep adding !! But I do love them !!
I've never got a "thank you" card when I need one so I'm trying to build up a stash of them. For this one I have used a lovely set of stamps by Stampin Up. I've fussy cut some of the little flowers from my paper to put in the cute little tea cup.
Our summers are just like switching a light switch on and off !! Mind you the icecream makers will be having a ball !!
Talking about icecream, I've been saving my icecream sticks, there must be something crafty I can do with them ????
Anyway just made this sweet Anniversary card using a Little Claire stamp called "Bird Table" Isin't it just lovely...
For a change I got my water colouring pencils out and I had forgot how much fun it was to colour this way. I'm never really one for just flat images so I decoupaged the little bluetit, teacup and sign. Fussy cut another bluetit to sit on my Anniversaty, embossed all my card using a flower embossing folder and distressed all the edges.
It was lovely to watch Jane Gill on Saturday at AMOM . She is a designer for Woodware and a smashing demostrator !!
She was showing us how to create a master board which was a 12" x 12" piece of card which you then stamp images all over using clear ink and then emboss using white embossing powder and then colour ramdomly using inks.
Jane then showed us how to cut the master board up to create several cards !!
If you ever get the chance to go to any of Jane's demo's or classes, then jump at the chance as you will learn alot and have great fun !!
Here are some of the samples Jane bought to show us.
This is really simple but does take time to make as you need to cut alot of circles using dies, alot of colouring in using promarkers and cut out alot of numbers using a cricut machine !! Then punch out a few holly and bauble shapes and add a lot of stickles glitter !! The last impotant thing is magnetic tape !!
Now all I have to do is fill it with small gifts........
Loads more great makes by the team to be found over at
and this time I have made a tag and matching Christmas Pudding gift box.
Used some kraft card to make the gift box which I embossed and then inked over. Handcut a piece of white card to make the icing and then glittered it. Also handcut the berry and leaves to go on top. Cut out a tag and then used a distress ink to colour it then stamped on my fab boy eating his christmas pudding and coloured in using promarkers. The yum, yum, yum and happy christmas came from two of my own stamp stash. Finished off with some stickles and a bow.

The team have another peek for you of one of the New Release Stamps called
"Time For Presents"
and all the team have used it for their challenge projects this week.
I've made this fab origami christmas decoration !!
It's made by folding squares of paper to make the cones and then glueing them together, that is a bit fiddly and there is a second layer on the back so 24 cones altogether. In between them I have glued a piece of velvet ribbon to hang it up with and made a charm just using Santa's head to hang at bottom with a bell. Coloured everything in using promarkers and finished off with some good old stickles sparkles !!
The girls have been really busy making their christmas projects so go over to
One lucky person will win a Christmas Parcel of 4 of the New Release Stamps
There is a GDT spot for two months being given away on EACH day 8th-9th and 10th !!
Now I'm giving you a peek at "Silent Night" and I have made a hanging gift card holder
These are so easy to make......just cut some circles of card, emboss them using a pattern of your choice, mine was holly leaves, cut one circle in half to make your pocket. Cut out some big and small snowflakes, glitter and put two large ones behind your image and then one small one at bottom and another one on top of a ribbon bow. Coloured my cute penguins with promarkers and added some stickles to the hat and stocking tops.
So what you're waiting for...check out all the fab ideas the rest of the team have for you and more of the New Release stamps over at
